Panel designs are longer, and lighter weight but maintain optimal sturdiness while incorporating an extruded knurled, non-slip surface. This feature is one among many advancements integrated into APEX Flat Covers.

EASE OF ACCESS

SIMPLIFIED PRODUCT ZONE ENTRY

We've made product zone entry simpler and more accommodating. Our flat cover panels allow for hinged access lid on any panel on the structure. The unique handle design improves lifting function and minimizes safety concerns.

STRUCTURAL DESIGN

SUPPORTING PIECE OF MIND

Custom perimeter extrusions are permanently attached to the wall with anchor bolts. Panels are attached using a simple latch system. This requires no re-anchoring allowing for flexible panel placement and easier panel removal.

EXPERIENCED ENGINEERING THAT FLATTENS THE CURVE

SIMPLIFYING YOUR SUCCESS THROUGH INNOVATION

Panels can span up to 8 ft (2.4 m) while beams can spam up to 30 ft (9 m).

The painstaking task of removing anchor bolts, washers, and nuts during panel removal has been eliminated.

The solid EPDM gasket is superior to other gaskets and increases air and water tightness in the cover system.

Parallel trusses span up to 300 ft (91.4 m) with cross bracing. Tri-truss supports span up to 300 ft without cross bracing.

APEX Flat Covers are available in round and rectangular covers for both truss supported and low profile aluminum flat covers.

Several design innovations have resulted in improved performance, reduced vapor loss, and safer, more efficient maintenance equipment access.
